Merry Christmas 2024

Christmas is absolutely our favorite time of the year

Our Faith, Family and Friendships are all strengthened by the unifying spirit of the season and the Eternal Hope that it represents in the coming of our Savior Jesus Christ. The music, lights, gifts and fellowship renew our spirits and encourage our hearts.

2024 has been a productive and difficult season of ministry in Ukraine. Grieving with families who have lost children and adapting our feeding programs to daily artillery and drone attacks has been heartbreaking. Comforting kids with PTSD is challenging. Teaching children how to walk carefully where anti-personnel mines, that look like toys, have been dropped all over their city is terrifying. And planting churches that are serving their cities and villages under rocket and drone attacks is exhausting. But we will not quit!

Your faithfulness is saving lives and giving the opportunity for Ukrainians to hear of the saving grace of God through the Gospel of Jesus Christ. As we celebrate together all over the world this week, we ask you to remember our Ukrainian friends and ask those around you to lift a compassionate cry to our Father for their protection, preservation and freedom from terror.

Merry Christmas to each and every one of you and your families. We love and appreciate you and cherish your partnerships.

Thank you from the Sullivan family, Mission 823 and our beloved friends in Ukraine. God bless you all abundantly!
